"P" is for purty amazin husband

As I was trying to clean up a very messy kitchen after work last night my husband comes into the kitchen and remarks "I would have been home earlier but I had to take a "P" in Newport". I look up from what I'm doing about to announce, is that really neccessary to tell me you had to take a- and that's when I saw this precious piece of treasure in his hands. He and his crew were asked if they could take the time to take down the old letters off of the old Newport gym. And as wonderful as my husband is he thought of his wife and her love of all things old. He said the crew laughed at him and then decided they'd take home the letter that matched their last name as well.

To paint or not to paint... that is the question

Here's the handsome fella..

I love chunky letters like that. Hmm..to paint or not to paint. II guess that depends on where it's going. It looks cool as is if it works in the space. Thanks for visiting my blog and becoming a follower. I look forward to hear from you in the future.

Hi Roxanne, this is too funny, and how great to have a good husband that's always thinking of you. Cute pic of him holding his "P"!
I'd leave it as is if it will fit into your decor. Love that old patina. Thanks for coming by and joining as a follower, I have done likewise!

How sweet. Pretty cool letter. My husband has surprised me with "junk" he has found or come across also. It's better than flowers. Thanks so much for all your kind words.

Enjoy your weekend.
